Please advise of any allergies or medical conditions of participant in advance. No food or beverage served.
PICKUP/DROP OFF- Drop off commences 5 minutes prior to class start time. Parents are responsible for picking up children on time.
CLOTHING - Please ensure your child wears old clothing. Paint smocks are available. All children must be "potty-trained".
Full payment at time of booking. Cancelling prior to 48 hours of any program results in a $20 non-refundable fee and cancelling within 48 hours of any program results in no refund.
Once program has started any missed classes is at the students expense......Orkidz will not have a "make up" class or forfeit a refund.

Please provide a “picnic” lunch, sunscreen, outdoor apparel and plenty of fluids. All activities are weather permitting. In order to “specialize in creativity” we limit class size to a maximum of 12. Age: 5+ (no exceptions)

ART in the PARK	Tuesdayz & Thursdayz On these dayz we will travel via Whistler Transit or take a short walk to nearby parks, galleries, or vista views to learn about drawing and painting nature and to do a variety of nature related crafts.
STUDIO DAYz	Mondayz / Wednesdayz / Fridayz On these dayz we will enjoy our studio and it’s wonderful back yard. We will create a variety of arts & crafts. We may even surprise you with a theme day. There is always a movie after lunch and plenty of time to mix & mingle with your friends.
